Bee removal Houston is extremely necessary for the proper removal of bees so that
they remain unharmed. However, it is necessary for you to be aware if you are truly in need of
bee removal or if you have come upon a hive of wasps. Wasps are gnarly little creatures that
are often mistaken for sweet honeybees. Before assuming you have a hive of bees on your
hands, try and be sure you are identifying them correctly. Honeybees provide a world of
benefits to our society, so you want to make sure you take bee removal Houston seriously. If it
turns out that you have a hive of wasps on your hands, they provide no benefit to society and
strictly offer harm. It is obviously less important to take care when removing wasp nets.
Bees help to pollinate flowers and in doing so improve the environment. They also make
honey within their hives that humans benefit from. Bees will notify you that they are nearby by
buzzing loudly. They are reluctant to sting and do not mean harm. They can only sting one time
and then they will die. Bees do not mean harm and buzz to try and prevent harm to you and
themselves.
You can easily tell the difference between the body of a bee and the body of a wasp.
Wasps have a longer more slender body type that is aerodynamic and built for “hunting.”
Wasps eat other insects, so their aerodynamic body style is necessary for their survival.
Honeybees have a bit of a thicker middle body as they do not lead a hunting lifestyle. We are
always here to help support the proper removal of bees, please give us a call with any questions
that you may have.

Rodent removal Houston is a necessary fact of life if you ever notice a rodent
infestation in your home or business. Rodents prefer to live close to humans as they are great
sources of food, water, and shelter. However, this relationship is only helpful for rodents
and not so much for humans. Removing rodents yourself is not recommended as they can be
difficult to fully remove and carry a significant amount of diseases. Below are a few of the
specific reasons you will need rodent removal Houston at the first sign of a rodent!
1. Gnaw on household items: Rats and mice are known to chew on household items such
as furniture, blankets, clothing, even books. You can lose precious items this way and it
can cause serious destruction to your home.
2. Contaminate your home: Rodents will pee and poop all across your home wherever and
whenever they feel like it, creating a serious contamination issue.
3. Scavengers for food: Rodents will eat any of your food that they find, again
contaminating it. As they carry significant diseases you will not want to eat any food
that they have potentially contaminated.
4. Eat pet food: Rodents do not discriminate to just human food and will get into your pets
food as well.
5. Electrical wiring: Rats and mice have been known to chew through important electrical
wires that they come in contact with. This can end up being costly to repair for the
homeowner.
6. Insulation: Rats and mice will also chew through insulation which again is another costly
repair.
7. Make nests: You will find that rats and mice have no issue getting comfortable in your
home. They will create their own little nests and stay for the long haul.
If you have any unwelcome house guests, it is best to hire rodent remove Houston services
at the first sign of a rodent infestation.

If you live anywhere from North Carolina to the Rio Grande in Texas, you likely have
needed alligator removal near me at one point or another. Alligators are commonly found in
these areas, but you should never attempt to relocate them yourself. Alligators are not
generally aggressive but if they feel threatened will certainly become aggressive. You would
never want to attempt an alligator removal near me yourself or the ending could be
catastrophic, particularly if young children are involved.
Alligators are found in freshwater or slow-moving rivers, swamps, marshes, or even
lakes. They do not tolerate salt water well as they do not have the proper way to filter it out of
their bodies. Alligators are carnivorous with extremely strong jaws. Their jaws are strong
enough to crack a turtle shell! However, alligators typically eat fish, snails, birds, or frogs.
Alligators are able to swallow these small animals whole, but if they are not able to will chew
them to more manageable sizes. If you are unexpectedly approached by an alligator, noise will
usually scare them off. They were also not meant for chasing their pray so running a long, fast
distance should outrun them. However, if you are able to from a safe distance it is always best
to call in a professional.
In places where alligators are common, they have been spotted in swimming pools,
garages, and even peeking into windows! If you find yourself noticing an alligator on your
property or near your home, we encourage you to call for help. This is not a task you want to
try and take on yourself for the safety of yourself, your family, and your pets.

Birds can become quite a nuisance if they have invaded your property. Their
poop can corrode your property over time and build up very quickly. Not to mention
they can just be a bother and carry potential diseases. The biggest problem with
animal control for birds is that you can almost never physically remove them. You
have to use alternative methods in order to remove the bird or birds depending on
the situation. This can become quite a difficult and time-consuming process. You
should never attempt bird removal yourself; always reach out to animal control for
birds when the situation arises. This will protect you and the birds as well.
Causes of a bird infestation include: open ventilation pipes, unscreened
access areas, and a general lack of natural predators. All of these things combined
are a disaster waiting to happen. Many times birds can either enter or become
trapped in vents, chimneys, or even attics. In order to best prevent more from
entering and to help the ones that have entered to leave you will need to screen off
any entry points. It is also best to close any ventilation pipes and add spikes to
possible roosting sites.
If you are in need of animal control for birds our skilled team of professionals
are here to support you. We understand how frustrating a bird in your home or
office can be and how difficult it can be to get them to leave. We encourage you to
reach out to us at the first sign of a trapped bird and ask that you do not attempt to
remove them yourself, this often ends poorly. If you have any questions about our
bird removal services please feel free to reach out to us at your earliest convenience.
We look forward to helping you in the future.

Rats are known carriers of more human diseases than any other life form.
This can pose quite a risk to humans should you come in contact with a rat,
particularly if you are bit by one. More than 15,000 rat bites are reported every
year. These bites can result in at least one of the following: bubonic, pneumonic
plague, murine typhus, salmonella, leptospirosis, hantavirus, tularemia, or if you are
very lucky just a bite mark! However, chances are good that you would obtain some
kind of sickness. Because of this you will want to do everything you can to minimize
your chances of a rat bite.
Rats can enter your home through holes as small as one inch wide. These
holes can be anywhere including heating vents, gaps in the utility lines, or even
water pipes. The best solution to stopping rats from entering your home is to seal all
of these gaps as best as you can. This is particularly important on older homes
where the gaps may have widened more than you would prefer. It is important to
remember not to take on a rat infestation yourself. If you need to get rid of rats
Austin it is always best to call in the professionals.
You may notice that you have rats based on the finding of droppings, gnawed
holes, or smudge marks on the walls. You may even notice your family pet staring at
what seems to be an empty wall. This is a telltale sign that they may know more
than you do. If we can help you to get rid of rats Austin our trained professionals are
standing by. We are happy to help you properly and humanely get rid of any pests
that you may find.

bees, and solitary bees all help to pollinate food crops. Pollination is the process
where insects move pollen from one plant to another plant. In fact, without bees the
earth’s ecosystem would be entirely destroyed. This is why it is so important that
proper bee removal Houston is taken care of by professionals. Destroying bees
would be detrimental to life as we know it. Our team of professionals is trained in
properly relocating bees to a safe location. We understand that you do not want
bees in your home but we do need them in the ecosystem.
Honeybees are actually responsible for 1/3 of the global crop pollination.
Bees not only help humans but animals as well. Bees pollinate foods eaten by
animals and birds. Bees also help to contribute to the countryside gardens and
general enrichment of landscapes. During this process bees help to pollinate
wildflowers as well as shrubs and thereby enhance biodiversity. Trees are even
pollinated by bees as well! Various tress pollinated by bees include: horse chestnuts,
rowans, hawthorn, whitebeam, wayfaring trees, hazel, holly, alder, plum, cherry,
apple, and so many more. Did you know that bees can be trained to sniff out
landmines and explosives? Bees can save your life in more ways than one!
If you need help with bee removal Houston near your home or business we
would be happy to help you properly relocate your beehive. We hope you
thoroughly understand the importance of bees and decide to properly remove them
if and when the need should arise. We look forward to keeping both your family safe
and the ecosystem as well.

With Halloween upon us, it might feel festive or spooky to spot a bat in the
wild. But you may begin to wonder to yourself, are they actually harmful? The short
and simple answer is, potentially. A bat removal service is always the safest way to
handle a pesky bat encounter especially if they are found indoors. However, you can
rest assured that bats rarely attack and if they do they are even less likely to be
rabid. In fact there have only been 44 deaths due to rabies in the last 55 years in the
United States. Of those 44 deaths only 1 was from a rabid bat!
Over 50% of the bat species are actually considered to be endangered. This is
likely due to the destruction of their natural habitat – the cave. Bats are actually very
helpful to our ecosystem as they control the inspect population. In fact, bats can
consume over 1,000 insects in just one hours time, including mosquitos! A larger
issue you will want to be aware of is that bats can carry airborne diseases that are
much more common than rabies. Bats carry a soil fungus called Histoplasma, which
is actually a lung infection that often is mistaken for other diseases, so it often goes
poorly treated. This disease is most commonly harmful when there is a colony of
bats.
Bat sightings are most likely in the fall – how festive! If you notice several bat
encounters near the end of summer there is likely a colony nearby or being
established. If this is the case you will want to contact a bat removal service right
away to have them properly relocated. As mentioned early bats are very helpful to
our environment so we want to preserve their species, but in a safe manner for both
the bats and humans alike.

Skunk removal services are extremely necessary if you have noticed an
influx of skunks around your home or business. Skunks can travel in groups and can
carry harmful diseases. However, skunks are not always bad. Skunks provide many
helpful benefits and have been around since at least the early Native Americans.
Native Americans were actually known to have kept skunks as pets! While we don’t
recommend this today it did take place many years ago. Skunks are nocturnal
mammals, which means that they are most active just before sunset and sleep just
prior to sunrise. These active hours means that they are likely out of your way
during most human’s active hours.
Farmers are known to appreciate skunks and their ability to keep rodents
and other pests at bay. Skunks are known to eat: frogs, lizards, bird eggs, spiders,
snakes, and mice. If you keep a safe distance, skunks can actually provide your
garden many useful benefits. Nevertheless, skunks do carry many harmful diseases
and often times skunk removal services are needed. Wild skunks only spray when
they are injured or threatened. They will even likely give you a warning prior to
spraying. Their spray can cause nausea, pain and even temporary blindness. You
will want to make sure you keep a safe distance from skunks for both you and your
pets. It is not uncommon for dogs to ignore the warnings from skunks and therefore
become sprayed.
Skunks have few natural predators, simply the owl. This allows an
abundance of skunks to accumulate in various areas making skunk removal services
all the more necessary. If you find yourself needing professional skunk removal
please feel free to reach out to our dedicate team. We are here to help support you
and your family safely.

Avoid armadillos!

If you have recently come in contact with any armadillos it is best if you call for help to get rid of armadillos. This is the best practice because while they are not necessarily aggressive in nature they can become aggressive if they feel they are in danger. Armadillos will stay motionless when they sense a creature walking nearby. However, if they feel they are in danger they will begin to claw and bite. Through this clawing and biting the armadillos can transfer leprosy, rabies, or other harmful diseases to you.

Armadillos are also an endangered species. You want to call professional help to get rid of armadillos so that we can help protect them in nature. While you want to stay away from them yourself we want to help preserve them in their natural habitat. This is why it is easiest to call for professional help such as our Wilderness Animal Control services. Armadillos are also very helpful in that they eat a variety on undesirable insects. So while they are not necessary cute and cuddly they do serve a helpful purpose.

Many people are a fan of eating armadillo meat, but the truth is you are better off selecting something else on the menu. The same dangers exist in armadillo meat as they do from the bite of an armadillo. By consuming armadillo meat you still run the risk of leprosy, rabies, or who knows what else! It is always best to avoid armadillo meat and try something else. If our team of trained professionals can help aid you in the removal of an armadillo we would be happy to help in the proper, humane fashion. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have.
